Ghanaian actress, Lydia Forson has questioned how some journalists interview politicians. She believes they are soft when interrogating these politicians on matters of interest to Ghanaians. She stated that these Ghanaian journalists are afraid of the politicians.
In her tweet on February 23rd, she questioned whether these journalists allow such unacceptable behaviours from government officials because they are scared by their status.
In the tweet: “Is it that our journalists don’t know how to interrogate politicians or they’re just afraid? Because it seems like all they ever do is give politicians free airtime I mean how do they interview them by speaking so freely of the dirt they have participated in and not say a word” Lydia questioned rhetorically.
